Julien Delcourt

Julien is a painter based in Paris. Through his art, he offers the discovery of a work around shapes and colours. In its generous curves, he invites us on a journey along infinite convolutions between abstraction and figuration.

Instinctive and visceral, his style, which he has never really defined, relates to, according to some, Op'art, Pop Art, and sometimes even ArtePovera, at the crossroads of graphic arts and the great pictorial traditions.

His paintings give us a colourful vision of his universe with strength and mysticism.

During our collaboration called “Mots Roses”, we got inspired by his favourite work, “Fleur Bleue”, a stunning illustration that beautifully reflects his own personality.

This collaboration is an enchanting work that perfectly sums up the complex nature of Julien's artistic expression. Its contrasting elements of gloom and bright colors serve as a window into its captivating world.
