You will not have any tax to pay if the delivery is made in the European Union. For orders outside the European Union, prices are displayed excluding tax but these orders may be subject to taxes and customs duties in the country of destination. These taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer or the recipient and you must pay those to the carrier upon delivery in order to be able to recover your package.

We value the fact that the products perfectly suits your body, so if needed, you can return it under 30 days after having received your order.

You'll then have two options: either have a credit in order to replace the product, or being reimbursed.

Please note: only products returned in their original condition are accepted. Products returned damaged, incomplete or soiled are neither refunded nor exchanged.

Returns are free for all orders in France. If you are not in France, the return of the package is your responsibility.

In both cases, please make a return request by email to theo@themoreproject.co and follow the steps to return the product.

We will process your refund upon receipt of your returned product. Return times may vary by carrier. Returns with Mondial Relay take an average of 14 days.
